"Complex nose and flavour which divided the judges. Rich, deep, amber colour and great clarity. Taste is herbal, floral and caramel with good length and complexity. This is distinctive honey which would add interest to yoghurt or porridge rather than just adding sweetness. Might be worth marketing in terms of flavour profile as may not suit all tastes."
